Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate high-value enterprise leads through strategic outbound efforts.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery calls to complex contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions based on real-time market feedback.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory growth plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring high forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.
- Attend industry-leading conferences and networking events to elevate brand presence.
- Mentor junior sales associates to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $1M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for executive-level storytelling.
- Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment with travel requirements as needed.
