Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in fintech/enterprise tech
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Exceptional negotiation and contract structuring skills
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions
