Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily administrative operations, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and prepare meeting materials.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and general office documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
