Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and prioritize conflicting priorities
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics including itineraries and accommodations
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and visitor management
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Business Administration with 3+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce)
- High typing speed (60+ WPM) with exceptional attention to detail
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
