Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing correspondence efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional reports, memos, presentations, and minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, process invoices and expense reports, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity across all departments.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team meetings, and client networking functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or clerical role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (NVQ Level 2/3); a degree in Business Administration is highly desirable.
