Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to support rapid business growth and improve delivery times.
- Negotiate master service agreements and service level agreements with key international vendors and carriers.
- Overhaul inventory management protocols to reduce carrying costs while maintaining a 99.8% order fulfillment rate.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast demand patterns, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of logistics coordinators, procurement specialists, and warehouse personnel.
- Implement sustainable supply chain practices and track corporate social responsibility (CSR) compliance across all tiers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a highly analytical field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven expertise utilizing tier-1 ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving cost-reduction initiatives without sacrificing quality.
- Professional certification (APICS, CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship-management skills.
