Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across direct/indirect spend categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers across APAC region
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15%+ annual reduction in procurement expenses
- Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) and performance analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and ESG compliance
- Manage procurement budget of SGD 50M+ with rigorous financial controls
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in cross-category sourcing and supplier diversification
- Advanced data analytics skills with experience in cost-benefit modeling
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC negotiations
