Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment workflows.
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to forecast demand and mitigate potential disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Oversee the implementation of new ERP and WMS technologies to enhance operational visibility.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or high-volume logistics.
- Proven expertise in utilizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS software.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and supply chain visualization tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing large, diverse teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing complex vendor contracts.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly preferred.
