Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling for $50M+ real estate portfolios
- Perform due diligence on property acquisitions including cash flow projections and ROI analysis
- Develop strategic investment recommendations for commercial and residential properties
- Collaborate with brokers, developers, and institutional investors on deal structuring
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting South Florida real estate
- Present investment strategies to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage property valuation assessments and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record in closing $10M+ real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and zoning laws
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license required
