- Lead complex negotiations for multi-million dollar transactions

Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury real estate brokerage experience in Manhattan
- Proven track record closing $5M+ transactions annually
- Valid New York State Real Estate License
- Strong network of HNW clients and industry connections
- Expertise in luxury property valuation and market analysis
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate analytics tools
