Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in luxury real estate sales
- Active NY State Real Estate license (Sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
- Track record of $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Hamptons property markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Propertybase)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong network of affluent client connections
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHS) preferred
