Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
- Design innovative floor plans and window displays that capture consumer attention and drive foot traffic.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of visual associates and sales staff to ensure high execution standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
- Analyze sales data and visual performance to optimize product placement and maximize sell-through rates.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to launch new product lines and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, including sourcing props, fixtures, and materials.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle retail sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills, including mood boards, sketches, and store layouts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (Cinema 4D or SketchUp) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of retail trends, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
