Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Develop production budgets and manage costs to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with creative directors and writers to translate concepts into actionable production plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and sound engineers.
- Source and negotiate with talent, crew, and equipment vendors.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production and post-production.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end video content on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio engineering principles.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
