Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ annual events, from ideation to post-event analysis
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with strategic vendor negotiations and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, logistics, and creative partners
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging cutting-edge technology and immersive experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level clients and industry stakeholders
- Analyze ROI metrics and optimize event strategies based on performance data
- Oversee risk management protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing large-scale corporate or luxury events ($500K+ budgets)
- Certification in Event Management (CMP or CSEP preferred)
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in post-event ROI reporting
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
