Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client accounts.
- Develop and implement sophisticated financial strategies, including estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic advisory.
- Lead a team of senior analysts and associates to provide comprehensive market research and investment recommendations.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships through proactive engagement and a deep understanding of client objectives.
- Ensure all advisory activities strictly comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory frameworks.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and capturing new market opportunities within the private banking sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
- CFA charterholder or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Current FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses are mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business exceeding $500M in assets under management (AUM).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to sophisticated investors.
- Deep expertise in alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate.
