- Optimize routing algorithms to reduce costs by 15-20% while meeting SLAs
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing TMS and IoT tracking systems
- Analyze KPIs for on-time delivery, cost per mile, and fuel efficiency
- Negotiate contracts with rail, air, and LTL partners for maximum value
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and international transport regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives through alternative fuel adoption and route optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in transportation management with multi-modal experience
- Expertise in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and route optimization tools
- PMP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record reducing transportation costs by 15%+
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL and Power BI
