- Lead crisis management for weather-related disruptions
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract negotiations
- Oversee $5M+ annual transportation budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8+ years in transportation management with 3+ in leadership
- CDL-A certification or equivalent logistics credentials
- Expertise in TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or comparable)
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA/Hazmat compliance expertise
- Experience managing unionized teams preferred
