Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in transportation management with LTL/FTL experience
- Expertise in TMS platforms (Manhattan, Descartes, or SAP TM)
- Proven track record reducing transportation costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- FMCSA compliance knowledge and DOT regulations expertise
- Lean Six Sigma or CSCP certification highly valued
