Responsibilities
- Analyze Data & Optimize Flow: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Develop and maintain inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and reduce carrying costs.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to create accurate demand forecasts and develop robust supply plans.
- Cost Reduction: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify areas for savings and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding supply chain metrics, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline warehouse operations and transportation routes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics coordination, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDA) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of troubleshooting complex supply chain issues and implementing effective resolutions.
