Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless freight movement and delivery timelines
- Manage transportation budgets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Leverage IoT and telematics technologies for real-time fleet monitoring
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including carriers and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS)
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation preferred
- Demonstrated success in implementing sustainable transportation solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Deep knowledge of FMCSA regulations and transportation compliance
