Responsibilities
- Assist Department Head in planning and executing retail training programs
- Deliver engaging training sessions for retail staff across multiple locations
- Develop comprehensive training materials including presentations, workbooks, and SOPs
- Monitor staff performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
- Support staff appraisal processes through data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in training or retail development role
