Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create engaging e-learning modules, micro-learning resources, and blended learning programs using industry-standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough instructional needs analyses to identify performance gaps and translate business goals into effective learning strategies.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Usability Testing: Lead user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure optimal learner engagement and retention.
- LMS Management: Manage the deployment, tracking, and reporting of content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Accessibility: Ensure all digital learning assets comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or instructional technology.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, Captivate, or similar authoring software. Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and LMS administration.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
