  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, product management, and data science positions.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social sourcing to identify passive candidates in the tech and real estate sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking events, industry conferences, and campus recruiting.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, from screening and coordination to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve sourcing strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at local tech meetups and networking events to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, with a specific focus on the PropTech, SaaS, or Software Development industry.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and current tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles and managing high-volume requisitions.
