Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively and impartially.
- Oversee talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership development and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (CIPD Level 5 or above) is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably within a corporate or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and culture improvement.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
