Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for critical roles.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proven track record of building scalable HR processes from the ground up.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
