Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement optimization strategies for inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain optimization, logistics analysis, or a similar role within a large-scale operation.
  • Proven expertise with ERP and SCM software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.
