The Opportunity: Senior Supply Chain Solutions Architect

As a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' operations, from conceptual design through to successful deployment. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver robust, scalable, and future-proof supply chain architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end supply chain solutions, integrating various systems and technologies (WMS, TMS, ERP, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps that align with client business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and operations specialists, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance supply chain performance and resilience.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on best practices in supply chain management and logistics technology.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate clear communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain solution design, architecture, or consulting within a complex logistics environment.
- Proven expertise in various supply chain domains, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Strong proficiency with leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) software platforms (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, JDA/Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and articulate them effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience is a plus.
