Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP and logistics technology solutions
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor supply chain performance and sustainability metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation, warehousing, and procurement services
- Coordinate crisis management protocols to ensure supply continuity during disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in supply chain analytics tools (SAP APO, Oracle SCM, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of implementing successful inventory optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Strong vendor management experience with negotiation and contract administration skills
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience managing global supply chains with multi-regional operations
