Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies, optimizing inventory, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Leverage data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and vendor management to ensure seamless operations
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce carbon footprint while maintaining delivery excellence
- Drive digital transformation through ERP/SAP integration and automation technologies
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or JDA supply chain modules
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of reducing costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and network modeling
- Experience with international logistics, customs compliance, and cross-border regulations
