Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead supplier negotiations achieving 10-15% cost reduction targets annually
- Manage ESG compliance initiatives including carbon footprint tracking in supply chain
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from requisition to payment processing
- Collaborate with logistics to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Implement and manage vendor performance scorecards with KPI tracking
- Lead cross-functional projects for process automation and digital transformation
- Conduct market research and identify emerging supply chain risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ in management role
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle preferred)
- Proven success in international supplier negotiations and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
- Experience implementing sustainable procurement initiatives
- Strong project management with PMP certification
