Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and execute strategic logistics plans to optimize cost, speed, and reliability
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and warehouse automation solutions
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting 15%+ annual efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- APAC regional logistics experience with Singapore hub operations
- Proficiency in SAP SCM and WMS platforms; TMS certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven performance management
- Proven track record of cost optimization and process re-engineering
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or SCPro) required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-border operations
