Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Analyze and optimize distribution networks to reduce lead times and transportation costs
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 98%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and execute contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and key vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and KPIs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
