Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs while improving delivery performance
- Lead process optimization initiatives using data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service excellence
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless cross-border operations and compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint and implementing green logistics practices
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP system integrations and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expert knowledge of logistics technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing operational costs
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations and customs compliance
