Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize cost and supplier relationships
- Implement data-driven analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with international partners to ensure seamless cross-border compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and WMS technologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain modeling tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
- Advanced knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
