Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution across 5+ countries
- Develop and implement data-driven logistics strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead digital transformation projects integrating IoT, AI, and blockchain technologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain management
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS technologies
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural team leadership across multiple time zones
- Experience implementing lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Japanese or Bahasa a plus
