Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory, transportation, and distribution networks
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to enhance cost-efficiency
- Oversee cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement ERP and SCM system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization, transportation management, and demand forecasting
- Proficiency in SCM software (SAP, Oracle, JDA) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs for performance measurement
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or SCPro highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
