Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs while improving service levels and delivery times.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain processes in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
