Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities and performance gaps
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement WMS/TMS system upgrades
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with 3PL partners and carriers
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching
- Create annual operational budgets with 95%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or retail distribution
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle SCM modules
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs by 15%+
- Experience managing multi-site distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Excel expertise
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
