Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain workflows across 5+ countries
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting models to reduce inventory costs by 15%
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics transformation projects
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in APAC logistics operations and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with $1M+ contract management experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin/Japanese a plus
- Track record of leading successful cost-reduction initiatives
