Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in executing lean Six Sigma projects
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization and AI-powered demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 28000 and CBP customs regulations
- Analyze KPIs including OTIF rates, inventory turnover, and transportation spend
- Collaborate with C-suite on sustainability initiatives targeting 30% carbon reduction by 2025
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required
- Proven track record of leading cost reduction and process optimization projects
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and reverse logistics programs
