Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across APAC regions
- Implement and optimize logistics strategies using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and IoT-enabled tracking solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to reduce operational costs by 15% annually through process automation
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and manage vendor relationships with 50+ key partners
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, lead times) and present actionable insights to executive leadership
- Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing transportation routes and reducing carbon footprint
- Coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across 12 jurisdictions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP implementations and warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks with measurable cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS CSCP highly desirable
- Fluency in English with working knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia advantageous
- Demonstrated success managing cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
