Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop strategic relationships with 3PL providers and key vendors
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems (SAP/JDE) to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations (ITAR, customs compliance)
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction programs
- Manage crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of implementing logistics technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
