Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across 3PL providers and in-house operations
- Lead digital transformation projects including WMS/TMS implementation and IoT tracking systems
- Optimize inventory management through predictive analytics and demand forecasting
- Manage vendor compliance and sustainability initiatives (carbon-neutral logistics targets)
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC logistics networks and customs regulations
- Certification in SCOR, Six Sigma Green Belt, or CSCP
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and supply chain analytics tools
- Experience managing cross-border operations and FTZ compliance
- Strong financial acumen with budget management P&L responsibility
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
