- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions while maintaining vendor compliance
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams on demand forecasting and cost optimization
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy practices
- Manage third-party logistics partners and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in end-to-end supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- APICS or CSCP certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Excellent negotiation skills with global supplier networks
