Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs by 15-20% while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management to align with business objectives
- Optimize transportation networks through carrier negotiations, route analysis, and multimodal solutions
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint through eco-friendly packaging and green logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers globally
- Implement and maintain ERP/MES systems to ensure real-time visibility across the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in management roles
- CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
