Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks across multiple geographies
- Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time data analytics and forecasting
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align supply chain with business objectives
- Present KPI dashboards to executive leadership and drive data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and transportation management
- Certified in APICS CSCP or CSCMP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and predictive analytics
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders
