Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure seamless inventory flow and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and distribution to meet KPIs
- Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Oversee warehouse operations, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/JDE) for real-time monitoring and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience with international trade regulations and compliance
