Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to minimize costs while maximizing service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for real-time supply chain visibility
- Analyze data to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP platforms
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau or Power BI
- Proven leadership in cross-functional project management
- Deep understanding of customs regulations and Incoterms
