Our Singapore hub serves as a critical nerve center for regional operations, offering unparalleled exposure to international trade dynamics and cross-border logistics challenges. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and provides a springboard for executive leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost structures and supplier relationships
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain projects with global stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and demand fluctuations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferred
- Demonstrated success in optimizing supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-border logistics in APAC markets
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
