Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement processes
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate transportation networks to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective routing
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing supply chain technology solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and logistics network design
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing cost-reduction initiatives
